Welcome to PWR PR, a London-based public relations and influencer marketing agency that helps businesses stand out in today's competitive landscape. We work across high street fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands, supporting them with Influencer campaigns, PR plans, Events and Shoots.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Account Executive role. As an Account Executive, you'll be responsible for supporting multiple client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting the team to deliver immersive events, and executing successful PR and Influencer campaigns. This role will be located in our London office 3 days a week and 2 days a week from home.
Roles and Responsibilities
General
- Assisting with the organisation and execution of client events
- Handling research, database management, presentations, administrative duties, and influencer contracts
- Managing the office environment with the support of Junior Account Executive
- Managing influencer gifting projects and send outs
- Assisting with the organisation and execution of client photos shoots
Talent Outreach
- Researching and compiling influencer suggestions for specific campaign briefs
- Onboarding influencers for campaigns from the initial outreach, fee negotiations and contracts
- Supporting the Account Director on managing long term influencer programmes
- Liaising and updating our clients on a day-to-day basis as well as being present in client update calls and meetings
Social
- Responsible for the PWR PR social accounts; Instagram and Tik Tok
- Managing and creating content for our channel showcasing projects, coverage and events produced by PWR
- Engaging with our audience to boost engagement with our clients and influencers
- Staying updated with the latest social media trends across channels
PR
- Supporting the Account Director's with PR sell ins for our clients
- Securing always-on coverage across print and digital media
- Producing coverage reports and analysis
Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience in PR, advertising, or marketing
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is a plus
- Influencer knowledge. Talent agent contacts preferable
- Established PR contacts or experience in liaising with media
- Editing skills and experience with Canva are a bonus
