We are recruiting across all levels from Account Executive upwards AND for social media specialists. We have recently moved into our new eye-catching and bespoke offices on Great Missenden High Street, Buckinghamshire, a one-minute walk from a main line station just 30 minutes direct from Marylebone.
The roles are for an immediate start, full time and office based for a minimum of 3 days per week.
What We are Looking For:
We are looking for proactive, results-driven comms professionals that are inspired to challenge the status-quo, with a minimum of 12 months consumer agency experience. We would love to see examples of your ability to push the comms boundaries with proven experience in delivering best in class integrated campaigns.
The ideal candidates will have a meticulous client servicing style, strong media pitching skills and be an adept team-player with an abundance of initiative, creative flair and passion.
For Account Executive and upwards roles key responsibilities across all levels will include elements of developing creative editorial angles and pitching to press with a deep understanding of media landscapes, providing client counsel, managing influencer advocacy programmes, creative ideation and campaign strategy development, writing copy, trend and insights research and measurement and evaluation.
For the Social Media Specialist role, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience, ideally in a consumer agency but not essential. We are looking for someone to provide a hands-on approach to client and team management who has a thorough and analytical understanding of the digital landscape and social media platforms. We’d love you to show us your experience in managing multiple social channels, platforms and communities, demonstrating seamless and strategic integration across Digital, PR and Influencer campaigns. The role will include strategy development from brief through to implementation, content development, community management, influencer programmes, paid media and client consulting and evaluation.
