We have an exciting opportunity for a PR & Influencer Marketing Manager to join our PR Team. As a Textured Hair Champion working on Cantu Beauty, you will play a key role in shaping and amplifying our brand narrative.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the effective management of the Public Relations and Communications department, working with the Global Head of Communication and European Marketing Manager
• Define, shape, and deliver the PR Strategy for Cantu Beauty
• Set the objectives, deliverables and KPIs against these initiatives
• Phasing of the PR budget based on an agreed define value and identify key areas of investment
• Cultivate strong relationships with key influencers, including beauty and fashion journalists, digital influencers (bloggers and vloggers), hair and beauty experts and talent managers, through meetings and other relevant forms of communications
• Oversee coordination of PR events (e.g. lunches, dinners, drop in events or overnight stay) and gifted mailers
• Coordinate and oversee the Influencer Marketing program. This includes managing contractual requirements of influencers and brand ambassadors program
• Oversee the running of general press office
• Coordination of monthly PR reports and coverage, track performance of influencer marketing activity to create benchmarks of success
• Management of Content & Community Manager and PR & Social Media Executive (Direct Report)

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 5+ years’ experience in Hair & Beauty PR
• Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns
• Influencer marketing experience and knowledge of key players on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Beauty and wellness experience required with a strong network of beauty and fashion media contacts at Director and Editor level
• In-house PR experience not mandatory but highly desirable
• Experience working with multiple departments (e.g. brand and sales) also highly desirable
• At least 1 years’ experience managing a direct report at a senior level
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

Other:

• Hybrid working with minimum 2 days in the office per week (Uxbridge)
