We are Paula’s Choice Skincare, a global skincare company. Our mission is to guide our customers to make the best choices for their skin – so they feel confident in their decisions and in themselves.
Our global headquarters is based in Seattle and our European head office is based in the Netherlands. We are currently looking for a UK Trade Marketing Intern to support the UK team in our London office. We sell our products primarily via our own webshop. We are also sold in Selfridges, Feelunique and The Hut Group.
This is a great opportunity to become part of a fast paced and expanding skincare company. The intern will be provided with hands-on training as well as observation and participation in marketing and retailer meetings.
The Person
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Google Analytics a bonus
- A data and insight driven approach
- Detail orientated
- Great writing skills and confident verbal communicator
- Able to work independently as well as part of a small team
- Retail or e-commerce experience preferred
- Passion for skincare and beauty
The Role
- Liaise with retailers to provide new line information, promotional forms and manage the annual calendar
- Assist with the organisation of store events, press tours and customer events.
- Organise training for the different retail partners
- Liaise with the EU logistics team to ensure timely arrival of samples and GWP
- Use retailer, internal and Google Analytics reports to provide insights for weekly and monthly sales results
- Co-ordinate information for PR and affiliates
- Evaluate trends and carry out competitor research for new projects
- Management of stock cupboard, ensuring sufficient product samples are available as required
- Provide general admin support to the team
- Process the customer returns on a daily basis
