We are a Sales, Marketing and Distribution company for Beauty Products, looking after global and renowned brands. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person to work in the fast-paced environment of our North London office. 

Job Purpose

The Social Media Marketing Associate will be a key member of our B2C team. You will be able to work independently and as a team player in the Social media and Email marketing campaigns and day-to-day tasks. Experience with both is essential to be able to track changes and engagement. 

Responsibilities:

• Creating and writing copy for Social Media Posts 
• Scheduling social media content according to the content calendar
• Pitching and creating Social media strategies
• Creating and delivering email marketing campaigns 
• Writing, testing and monitoring every newsletter for various brands
• Analyse data and metrics for email campaigns
• Writing and editing blog posts

Requirements: 

• A marketing/communications degree or an equivalent 
• 3 years’ experience, ideally in the beauty industry
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Previous experience with Email Marketing, ideally with Klaviyo 
• Experience with running Social media Platforms 
• Great Copywriting skills
• A genuine interest in the beauty industry 
• Great time management skills 
• Collaborative working style
