You’ll be up to date and keen to try the latest platform innovations, have an innate instinct for great content, and be a trusted brand guardian and safe pair of hands for Pai’s public image and reputation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for organic performance of all social media channels - including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Setting strategic direction for each channel based on KPIs and key objectives.
- Conceive, manage and schedule campaigns and content across all channels. Ensure it’s high quality, engaging, and does justice to the wealth of unique and interesting facets of the Pai brand and business.
- Create relevant content - including shooting, editing and copywriting.
- Liaise with Marketing, Ecommerce and Business Development teams to ensure key activities are covered in content calendar.
- Foster and engage a thriving community, and maintain a solid service level agreement to manage comments, messages and other interactions.
- Report on KPIs and content performance, as well as providing platform insights such as competitor activity, key trends and customer feedback.
- Working with our Digital Marketing Manager to ensure cohesive and effective paid and organic social strategies and activities.
- Manage and foster relationships to help meet social media KPIs and key objectives - including influencers, brand partners and content creators.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years in a Social Media-related role.
- Highly creative, innovative and resourceful.
- Passionate about social media and possesses a strong knowledge of the latest trends and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident building strong professional relationships with a variety of people.
- Impeccable copywriting skills and quick to adapt to new tone of voice.
- Strong aesthetic eye and content management experience. Content creation experience beneficial, plus knowledge of supporting editing apps.
- Great problem-solving skills and ability to think clearly and calmly when challenged.
- Reporting & data analysis skills, strong commercial acumen.
- Experience managing Social Media agencies beneficial.
