You’ll be up to date and have a passion for the industry, as well as having a keen interest in us as a brand.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Press Office support - Supporting on daily press office tasks such as call-in response, agency support, gifting, coverage monitoring, awards entries and tool kits.
- PR Outreach - Press and influencer outreach, Awards Calendar management.
- Trade Marketing support - Assisting our Trade Marketing Manager with operational tasks such as asset management, promotional planning, and retailer tools and presentations.
- Event support - Research, planning and on-the-day assistance and brand representation at PR, Marketing and Trade events.
- Marketing Team support - Helping the Marketing Team drive core projects forward with market research, competitor analysis, inventory management and other supporting tasks.
- Asset management - Guardian of both physical and digital PR and Trade assets, including samples, VM materials, images, press releases and databases.
- Reporting - Assistance in compiling monthly internal reports, inputting figures and calculating uplift, as well as research into competitor activity.
Skills & Experience
- Self-motivated “can-do” attitude with a high level of accountability and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, confident building strong professional relationships.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding and genuine interest in media and retail.
- Passion for the skincare industry and willingness to understand all elements of the business and its various departments.
- Reporting and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (required), Google Analytics (preferred) and Photoshop (preferred).
