JOB TITLE: PR and Marketing Co-ordinator

RESPONSIBLE FOR: Developing ways to raise Omorovicza’s brand awareness through targeted Marketing & PR activity

REPORTING TO: PR and Marketing Manager
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop ways to raise Omorovicza’s brand awareness through targeted Marketing and PR activity
• Assist and support the PR & Marketing Manager in the implementation of the Marketing and PR strategy
• Assist with visual merchandising/in store collateral (Budapest and London)
• Work closely with the Graphic Designer to deliver bespoke marketing assets as required.
• Management of product photography
• Assist with creating and implementing the weekly social media strategy
• Assist in the creation of the monthly PR and Marketing reports
• Update and manage a monthly marketing calendar to monitor all global marketing activities
• Assist in the day to day running of the press office and assist with press requests and mailouts
• Carry out monthly ring rounds to key journalists and publications
• Create and maintain media databases and editorial calendars
• Update the PR sample tracker on a regular basis
• Manage the PR cupboard and stock inventory; replacing and ordering stock as and when it is needed
• Assist with press events, as necessary
• Provide general admin support to the PR & Marketing Manager
