So, what will you actually be doing?

As Booking Editor you’ll be responsible for organising and coordinating Women's photographic shoots both National and International, for Brand, Retail Stores and Next Directory Main Books and Brochures.

You'll be working within tight timescales and to set budgets and rules, so you'll have plenty of opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional negotiation skills and practical decision making.

You’ll be liaising with art directors and photographers on the creative direction of each shoot brief and work with international production companies on foreign shoot productions.

We’ll give you an amazing opportunity to demonstrate your creative flair as you’ll be creating presentation boards of current featured models and creative brief opportunities.

What’s more you will have the opportunity to learn and develop within one of the only fashion businesses that have true hands on approach to marketing their brand. That’s why you will need to be able to learn quickly to absorb the Next brand image.

So, what are we looking for?

• You’ll need to be a really strong communicator with the ability to communicate with lots of different people both internally and externally.
• You’ll be working in a busy and fast paced creative environment and therefor you’ll need to be a great team player and super organised.
• A keen interest in fashion and having previously worked in a similar creative environment would be great; however, if you haven’t, but feel you can demonstrate what it takes to be successful in this role then we’d still love to hear from you.

What you’ll need

• Previous experience in a similar role and able to demonstrate strong brand knowledge and awareness and have a keen interest in fashion. (Creative Industry, magazine publications, advertising/marketing/model agencies).
• Proven experience of successfully negotiating costs and contracts.
• Brilliant communication skills with proven experience of building excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A structured planning and methodical organisation and implementation skills.
• The flexibility to be able to travel both nationally and internationally as and when required.
• Previous project management experience.
• Good proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook.
