Who are we looking for?

We seek a creative and high-energy content marketer with proven skills in creating high-end content by collaborating with end-users, influencers, and ambassadors and continuously creating engaging and thought-provoking content for distribution. You are passionate about skincare, beauty, inclusivity and sustainability (all our values!) and know how to manage social media.

Job Description

Your role will be to build the brand identity in line with TOV and undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets. Produce high-quality content. Create an editorial calendar, delegate tasks, meet deadlines, and regularly deliver engaging content.

As a Content Marketer, you will have a positive and outgoing personality and be responsible for inbound marketing strategies to build a brand identity and online presence by creating and disseminating multimedia content. This involves developing content strategies, raising brand awareness and sales, growing an online community, and tracking that community’s growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Regularly publish content on social media channels—Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter) to increase brand visibility and raise awareness. The purpose at this stage is to ensure that the brand name is seen as widely as possible and ideally linked with high-quality content that promotes discussion, e.g., skin problems or contributions to trending skin/beauty topics.
  • Implement an efficient content publishing mechanism, applying the waterfall model and consistently producing high-quality content to be deployed across different channels: social media, email, website, and press.
  • Raise awareness and leads through organic and paid media campaigns.
  • Drive leads from innovative emailing marketing campaigns and grow the CRM database with contacts gained through sign-ups from various campaigns.
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets by collaborating with end users, skin influencers, KOLS, and brand ambassadors, creating case studies, and publishing the data.
  • You will be responsible for building and working with an influencer group, identifying potential influencers and brand ambassadors, and driving brand awareness and sales.
  • Create and deliver a content and editorial calendar and meet deadlines.
  • Edit, proofread, and improve the content.
  • Optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Analyse web traffic metrics.
  • Ensure a strong web presence on various channels.
  • Generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
  • Manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns and continuously monitor and optimise campaigns to achieve desired results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant media publications and editors to increase coverage of all communications.
  • Analyse data and metrics to measure the success of PR and social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure our PR and social media strategies remain effective and innovative, keeping the brand at the forefront of the industry.
  • Produce effective weekly reports for the senior management team demonstrating activity and top-line performance data.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Content marketing manager.
  • Proficient in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software.
  • Experience in content creation (Canva, Adobe, Video Editing etc.)
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements.
  • Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Expertise in social media platforms.
  • Project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism, or relevant field.
