Neom Organics is a pioneering wellbeing brand with its head office based in Harrogate. They specialise in creating 100% natural fragrances to boost your wellbeing, each providing therapeutic benefits to relieve stress, aid sleep, boost your energy or lift your mood. They truly believe wellbeing starts with the little moments and they are dedicated to inspiring people to lead naturally healthier lives by encouraging them to press pause and take time for prioritising their wellbeing. 

Stocked in 4 stand-alone stores in Guildford, Wimbledon, Leeds and Chelsea, selected major retailers, independent salons, spas, hotels, and online, the brand is going from strength to strength and growing at considerable speed. A role has become available in their in-house PR team; they’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and pro-active PR Executive who will support in the day to day running of their busy press office, driving awareness and brand messaging. 

The Role

In this role, you will deliver outstanding results and develop your skills in line with market growth, keeping Neom at the forefront of innovation, both creatively and in the media space.

Through great PR and brand partnerships you will bring the company mission and values to life every day. You will think strategically as well as being hands-on day to day. You’ll work with the PR and Brand Partnerships Manager to develop ideas that are on brand, easy to execute and don’t rely on big budgets and agencies. You will work to the measures of success - awareness, perception, acquisition and engagement, set by the PR Manager and Marketing Director. 

• Manage the day to day running of the press office including collation of all press cuttings, daily media monitoring, database updating and incoming press queries 
• Drive the “bread and butter” product placement of Neom in UK media and influencer channels 
• Craft creative, well-written press releases that will stand out
• Build and maintain the Neom awards programme
• Build and develop media relations and confidently conduct press appointments, in turn generating placements in print and online media, as well as across influencer channels
• Manage the top line influencer plan and execute brilliantly – there is an opportunity to own this area and develop real expertise
• Support PR Manager in scouting out new opportunities for coverage, maintaining an understanding of industry trends and opportunities
• Drive innovation and creativity around all NPD launches, demonstrate out of the box thinking e.g. with mailers and events 
• Assist PR Manager on all aspects of planning and executing events. Support on retail, new store openings and Pop Up opportunities 

Essential skills & requirements:

• You should be an ambitious and hardworking, confident person as well as a proactive team player with excellent communications and interpersonal skills, who can be pro-active and personable with media and influencers alike
• A minimum of 2.5 years PR experience in the luxury, health or wellbeing market either in house or agency
• Have established media and influencers relationships
• Have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Have experience of event or launch planning
• A dynamic individual who is savvy, connected, ideas driven and articulate 
• Thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial company, thinks on their feet, works well with a team 
• Extremely well organised, methodical and efficient, with a good dose of common sense and initiative
• A creative thinker 
• Have proficient computer skills in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Have good presentations skills
• Be able to demonstrate a true interest in wellbeing
