Excellent opportunity to join a small and dynamic PR & Marketing team. 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Assisting the PR Manager to help reach the company’s PR goals and objectives
• Supporting the implementation of key strategies across UK and International territories
• Researching trends and locations for press event spaces
• There will be a focus in this role to assist in events management across the business at styling suites, press days, press dinners, launch events, pop-up stores and internal events. This team member will help from research stage through to execution of the event, including styling ideas, invitation organization,
• Playing a key role in planning and executing PR and customer events, working closely with the PR manager and VIP & Press coordinator
• Helping to manage budget for events and ensuring we come in on or under budget 
• Assisting with the organization of the CEO’s profile and executing relevant networking events
• Proactively pitching the collections to target press
• Assisting in pitching for fashion and business profile features
• Assisting in influencer marketing strategy
• Building relationships with key fashion press, trade press influencers and tastemakers
• Liaising with the in-house graphics team to execute the production of major marketing materials, ensuring all materials are on brand, and final production is as cost-effective as possible
• Liaising with wholesale retailers for press and marketing opportunities
• Assisting the team with day to day PR strategy
• Creatively thinking to develop ideas to support the communications strategy and demonstrating innovative ideas that support brand growth 
• Conducting general admin work, including reporting and updating marketing calendars
• Being a brand ambassador at all external events

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience (ideally 4-5 years total) in similar, fast-paced PR role either with an agency or in house
• An ideal candidate will have experience with the day-to-day running of a PR department and dealing with media requests as well as strong experience in events planning and execution
• Must have a keen interest in table-scaping and venue dressing, keeping up to date with recent trends
• Hardworking and enthusiastic
• Motivated with a positive and consistent can-do attitude
• Calm under pressure with the ability to seamlessly multi-task when required 
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be well groomed at all times 
• Ideally would have a genuine interest in the brand
