MISSION
Following direction and guidance from the Communications and Digital Engagement Manager, execute the NARS Communications Strategy in the UK with the aim to enhance brand love and awareness with press, key influencers and makeup artists.

ORGANISATION
Reports to: Communications and Digital Engagement Manager
Job Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days office attendance per week)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Tasks
- Take ownership of all PR monitoring & reporting. Create monthly editorial reports for both internal circulation and Global/EMEA requirements.
- Liaise with Operational and Marketing teams on all stock forecasts and oversee the stock order process.
- Manage asset delivery (imagery, press release, collateral) and distribution to wider team.
- Create all activation and event recaps for approval by the PR Manager.
Communications and Digital Engagement
- Cultivate and maintain strong press and influencer relationships with a results driven approach to coverage.
- Create influencer seeding and collaboration lists for all new launch and always on seeding, managing external fulfilment company.
- Manage the timely send out of all press mailers and press seedings via external fulfilment company.
- Support Manager in the organisation of press and influencer events and trips.
- Manage the execution of always on Communications initiatives, including seeding and strategic events.
- Draft and disseminate seasonal email blasts to press to ensure all brands are top of mind with target publications.
- Manage all image and sample requests for press and creators.
- Oversee expansion of influencer database using monitoring tool Discovery programmes, managing freelance support.
- Oversee makeup artist credit scheme and management of artistry relations.
- Support Manager with micro paid campaign selection, negotiation and management.
- Proactively produce weekly competitor analysis reports for internal and Global viewing.
PROFILE
Essential
- Excellent understanding of social media sphere with a solid knowledge of leading UK beauty Influencers and experience with artist relations in the UK.
- Solid proven experience with beauty press including good relationships with consumer and national journalists (print, broadcast, online).
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work under short deadlines whilst quickly identifying priorities and sticking to deadlines.

Desirable
- Understanding of coverage monitoring tools including Tribe Dynamics (social) and DMR (press)
- Experience across luxury colour cosmetics brands.
