Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Communications, this is a truly dynamic role which requires someone who has a great mix of PR & Marketing experience. The role will be diverse working across 4 brands: Nails.INC, INC.redible Cosmetics, Holler and Glow and My Mood.
- Media relations; developing media lists, liaising with press at a national and international level
- You need to be confident in picking up the phone and selling to press to gain maximum coverage
- Speaking to influencers and press on a day to day through pitching the brand & product line-up
- Managing the delivery of day-to-day campaigns and projects all to budget and in-line with the plan
- Develop both marketing & PR strategies and plans for key product launches
- Working closely with the wider team to help deliver creative integrated digital campaigns, media relations, and influencer activity
- Working within your team to put forward ideas and contribute to implementing these across PR, marketing & events
- Line management experience
Key skills and experience:
- PR contacts within the beauty & lifestyle industry
- Proven experience of 360 marketing (including both online and offline)
- Solid knowledge of performance marketing (SEO, PPC, Affiliates)
- Proven experience in working with media at different levels and a desire to grow relationships that are lasting
- Proven experience in executing marketing campaigns and a thorough understanding of digital marketing practices
- An excellent communicator who can liaise with people at different levels, internally and externally to the agency
- A minimum of 5 years marketing & PR experience

- Excellent planning, organisational and communication skills
- The ability to liaise comfortably and appropriately, both verbally and in writing at all levels
- A degree-level qualification related to Marketing would be desirable
- Be able to demonstrate passion towards the Makeup & Beauty industry
- Strong Excel skills with a good eye for detail and analysis
The successful candidate will be well presented, self-motivated and able to demonstrate a flexible approach and attitude to workload and hours
Furthermore, the successful candidate must be computer literate with excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as being able to work independently and within a team, showing initiative and enthusiasm.
