Nails inc launched in 1999 and quickly established itself as the UK’s most successful and popular nail bar chain. Over the past few years we have grown our international business and we are now in 30 countries. As a result of this rapid growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen at Nails Inc Head Office in Mayfair.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a bright candidate to expand their career in an exciting, dynamic and fast-moving environment, for the right candidate this role offers the potential to progress and grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities 

• Personal Assistant to Nails inc Founder, Thea Green. Main duties will include business travel booking, running personal errands, typing correspondence and organising meetings.
• Ensuring the smooth daily running of our busy Head Office in Mayfair.
• Ordering stock, stationery and all office essentials.
• Working closely with our IT Team, report and project manage any issues.
• Working closely with our busy Marketing and PR Team, any experience in this field would be desirable.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED: 

• Degree educated
• Highly organised and efficient
• A team player with brand flare and excellent communication skills. 
• Strong Power Point skills are essential.
• You must have a proactive attitude, nothing should be too much trouble, approach every challenge with a smile and can-do attitude. 
• Exceptional attention to detail 
• Fast learner
• Team player
• Well presented with a keen interest in fashion, beauty and socially savvy!
