My Market Insight (MMi) collects media and e-commerce data for the beauty industry and makes it available to the brands via its data analytics platform.  Our services are designed to support brand Communications and eCommerce Teams. MMi wishes to appoint an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to help drive our business growth strategy.

MMi works with several leading and up and coming beauty companies. As part of our strategy to internationalise our business, MMi has created the new role of Marketing Manager.  The successful candidate will join the Senior Leadership Team and will report to the CEO.

Company Background 

MMi is part of the WISE Analytics Group.  In 2015 WISE acquired My Market Monitor who in 2007, built the original beauty media intelligence service.  We have 10+ years trading history with the beauty industry.

The business was re-branded My Market Insight.  The new owners focused on building products and services that address the growing disconnect between “Big Data” and real world, multi-channel decision making within the Marketing function. We currently collect data insights across 14 different countries.

Location: Twickenham, Middlesex

Competitive Package to Include:

Key Business Accountabilities

Operating in a B2B environment, the key accountabilities are;

  • To set and manage the marketing budget by region to support territory based marketing awareness.
  • To assume full ownership of the company’s communication and product marketing strategy to support the delivery of revenue objectives.
  • To plan and to execute innovative and cost-effective marketing activities to grow the awareness of the company and it’s products.

Required Experience & Job Desire

  • Working for or within the beauty or luxury goods industry in a similar marketing role is essential.
  • A successful track record of utilising the various elements of the marketing mix, with a clear appreciation of how social media can engage effectively with Clients.  This may be gleaned from either the B2C or B2B space.
  • Working in a key Management or Team Leader position with previous budgetary responsibility.
  • An appreciation of the SaaS (Software as a Service) market and better still an enthusiasm for data insight with a desire to understand more.
  • A desire to deliver services to the beauty industry and a passion to work for an ambitious, vibrant and fast growing company.
