MUSE Communications is seeking an exceptional Account Manager to join our growing luxury beauty and wellness agency.
We are not a volume PR house. We are a strategic, high-touch consultancy working with founder-led, premium, and performance-driven brands. Our clients expect intelligence, discretion, creativity, and results and so do we.
This is a role for someone who understands that luxury PR is about influence, relationships, narrative, and cultural relevance not just coverage.
The Role
As Account Manager, you will lead day-to-day client management across a portfolio of beauty and wellness accounts, driving strategy, media relations and campaign execution with polish and precision.
You will act as a trusted partner to clients while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the agency’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage client relationships with confidence and warmth
- Develop and implement strategic PR plans aligned to brand objectives
- Secure high-quality coverage across print, digital, broadcast, and key industry titles
- Build and nurture meaningful relationships with editors, journalists, and tastemakers
- Lead press events, launches and brand moments with impeccable attention to detail
- Write compelling press materials, releases, founder profiles, thought leadership
- Manage budgets, reporting and KPIs
- Support and mentor Account Executives and interns
- Contribute ideas that elevate MUSE’s creative and strategic positioning
You Are
- Experienced (3–5+ years) within beauty, wellness or luxury PR
- Commercially minded and strategically sharp
- Exceptionally well written
- Calm under pressure with high emotional intelligence
- Naturally polished, articulate, and discreet
- Deeply connected within beauty and lifestyle media
- Obsessed with detail
- A proactive problem solver
- Ambitious but collaborative, not ego-led
You understand the nuance between prestige and mass. You know how to protect a brand’s image while still generating noise.
