The Aeffe UK has a PR opportunity within the Press Office of Moschino & Jeremy Scott.
This role requires someone who is very organised, can take initiative and is able to multi-task as you will have to work with our global offices daily ensuring we receive the samples we require. We are a small team and therefore value hard workers with a strong work ethic, that can also remain relaxed and composed during busy times.
What you will be doing
- Supporting Press Director closely with all press matters.
- In charge of sample management, making sure you are on top of call-ins and timely returns, ready to be shipped for other requests (UK & International)
- Directly handing Editorial & VIP requests for the UK market
- Selecting & ordering UK samples for the London showroom
- Sharing press releases to all relevant press contacts in the UK market
- Organising the Moschino showroom, making sure all samples are in pristine condition
- Providing all credit and pricing requests for titles
- Travelling to Milan during Fashion week to oversee UK press attending the AEFFE shows
- Managing Fashion show seating plans & invitation send-outs
- Organising seasonal press days for both brands.

- How to communicate with stylists, magazines and respond to emails
- How to be responsible for managing the return of samples and chasing late returns
- How to assist with special events & VIP dressing
