This is an, exciting and multi-facetted planning role within Boden’s dynamic Creative Shoot Production Team, working across Boden’s famous children’s brands (Baby Boden, Mini Boden & Johnnie b.)
Boden has grown from being a well-loved and established UK mail order catalogue business to a major international multi-channel brand. With growth and success have come new challenges for Boden’s Creative Shoot Production Team, becoming ever more flexible and reactive in order to deliver amazing, top quality assets. This position is, therefore, vital and integral to enabling the team to meet these challenges and plan for the future.
As Shoot Team Project Manager for Mini, you will work closely with 3 key Mini Boden teams to ensure timings across these teams are realistic and compatible, enabling each team to perform and deliver to the highest possible standards:
Shoot Production
- Co-ordinating shoot schedules, outfitting and key creative sign-off meetings
- Managing and mentoring Boden’s highly valued and hardworking Shoot /Sample Assistants.
Product
- Co-ordinating sample handover and managing sample availability
Post Production
- Co-ordinating post production deadlines with post production and publishing teams
You will be an outstanding communicator, able to pull people and teams who have different requirements and expectations, together, across the business.
You will have a broad knowledge of the fashion retail industry and ideally have experience working in a catalogue/online, or content studio environment where you’ve been involved, at some level, managing high volumes of samples
You'll be incredibly well organised, brilliant at multi-tasking and have keen problem solving skills.
Ideally, you will have experience scheduling or managing a critical path in a retail catalogue or online fashion environment.
You'll be a great influencer, who can manage both people and the expectations of key stakeholders, and will naturally strive to build solid working relationships across the business.
You’ll always be looking at ways to improve processes and streamline the workflow between teams, saving both time and money.
