We are searching for a dynamic, driven and experienced digital marketing expert who will work directly with our Marketing Team and CEO to help us to expand business with our partner’s websites as well as with the initial success of Social Media in the UK. There are five luxury beauty exclusive brands that need to be taken care of and a new exclusive website.

The business started distribution back in 2007 from single to multiple chains of pharmacies and departmental stores, our growth and success have been founded on our ability to listen and understand customers and market’s needs. Our experience and expertise in the health and beauty industry allow us to identify trends in the market and carefully select the next successful products and brands at affordable prices.

To be successful as Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager, you’ll need to have a broad range of experience in digital PR.

Main duties & responsibilities: 

• Write and dispatch email-marketing campaigns.
• Provide accurate reports and analysis to customer and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment.
• Find new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.
• Design website banners and assist with web visuals.
• Create and upload copy and images for the organisation’s website.
• Communicate with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners.
• Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting
• Contribute to social media engagement and brands awareness campaigns
• Edit, in conjunction with our head of brand identity, all branded social media channels.
• Plan, create and execute the monthly social media editorial calendar
• Plan, create, produce, and manage sponsored campaigns across Facebook, Instagram and other social channels.
• Category management
• Track campaigns and report social media weekly performance using the usual analytics tools and monitor content performance daily
• Work to maximise engagement and follower base, engage with brand stakeholders, social media influencers, clients, and stockists on social media and create campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Work with our existing internal stakeholders, new team reports and external agencies to create the necessary creative assets needed for all Marketing channels and activities.
• Manage the segmentation of customer data and drive the marketing and loyalty campaigns around the tiers of customers
• Liaise with our PR companies to ensure everything is in line with their plan and our social plan
• Seek influencers and bloggers

Other key skills and attributes that are essential to the Digital and Social Media Manager role include:

• Beauty market experience highly preferred
• Good writing and editing skills
• Good communication and ‘people skills'
• The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
• Organisation and time management
• Determination and the drive to work towards targets

Hours & Location:

• Your working hours would be from 9 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday at Head-Office in Alperton, London

Income: 

• Salary £30K + benefits.
• Plus Company Pension Schemes.
• Plus Paid Holiday: 28 days including bank holiday, starting after 3 months probation period of time.
