MDV Europe (UK) one of the top beauty distributers in Europe is looking for another unicorn to join their team in the position of Marketing Manager in the UK. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most innovative beauty brands while assisting in shaping the company on its fast-paced journey and growth.

• Work with the Sales Director to plan and manage the internal operational marketing calendar for all platforms and brands
• Manage the relationship with PR agency in the UK
• Direct and oversee Social Media calendar
• Manage the look and feel of the brand/s across all consumer touch-points ensuring excellent execution in line with the brand platform guidelines
• Assisting sell out performance and brand awareness by arranging promotional events in conjunction with the Sales Director.
• Be the key interface with all stakeholders for all support material: POSM, Real Estate, Social Assets, etc.
• Create the brand presentations and attend strategy meetings with the Sales Director presenting marketing activities and new product launches
• Developing and nurturing deep partnerships with relevant brands and teams at key accounts
• Supporting ongoing sales and distribution channels with brand assets and information, VM, POS, etc.
• Manage brand/s presence on 3rd party websites
• Communicating and leveraging press coverage and activities with all relevant stakeholders
• Completing administrative duties, such as maintaining a logical filing system for all marketing folders on and offline and other office tasks
• Guiding and managing interns, if any.
• Assisting with administrative and office management tasks.

Skills / Abilities – Competencies

• At least a two years retail marketing experience
• Some multi-channel working preferred
• PC Literate including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Self-starter with proven ability to work under-pressure and to deadlines
• Proven marketing acumen including campaign coordination or specialization in PR, Social Media or Online.
• Keen interest in the beauty industry and retail essential
• Perfect English language knowledge
• London-based
• Sole trader

Photoshop skills would be a bonus.
