We’re offering an exciting position to join the MaxFactor UK Influencer Marketing & PR team! This is a great time to make an impact accelerating our UK PR & influencer and advocacy strategies, working with the global team to deliver campaigns, activations, and driving KPIs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our PR & Influencer Marketing Manager you are responsible for maximising awareness and building advocacy with key opinion leaders and online communities in the UK.
We are looking for someone who has a deep knowledge and understanding of the influencer space, tools, risks, opportunities, and the ability to work with local marketing teams, to create culturally relevant, creatively brilliant campaigns. Campaigns that create a buzz, that talent want to be a part of, and that the team can be super proud of.
Your main focus will be to:
- Manage relationships with influencers, influencer agents and press
- Devise effective local PR & Influencer Marketing strategies in-line with marketing plans
- Strong execution and ideation of PR/IM events, VIP gifting and mass seeding programmes
- Management of measurement platforms to ensure we’re driving results vs. competitors and reporting results back to the business
- Brainstorm and trial new and creative influencer marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the digital/e-comm /local brand teams to ensure the IM strategy aligns with the digital agenda/vision in terms of launch priorities and retailer support
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, platforms and Key Opinion Leaders within the influencer marketing space and closely monitor and analyse competitor activations to drive local strategy Working for Coty means bringing your true authentic self to a place of beauty lovers who are highly passionate about making an impact in a vibrant, enjoyable environment!
You’ll work closely with the PR & Influencer Marketing Lead, to support the creation and implementation of integrated plans that significantly accelerate brand reach, Earned Media Value and drive brand growth ambitions in the UK market.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a UK PR & Influencer Marketing Manager you will be accustomed to work cross-functionally, with a lot of internal and external partners and feel energized from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you will have:
- Minimum 6 years experience within the PR/Influencer Marketing beauty industry
- Great contacts with key opinion leaders within the beauty and lifestyle industry
- Strong analytical skills and data driven strategic thinking
- Proven ability to strategically build brand love within the influencer marketing space
- A passion for beauty and inclusivity
