We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Account Executive to join our growing Beauty & Fragrance division. In this role, you will support the development and execution of PR campaigns for leading beauty, skincare and fragrance brands. You’ll work closely with the media, influencers and clients to deliver impactful storytelling and brand visibility across traditional and digital platforms.

• Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the beauty sector.
• Passion for beauty, skincare and fragrance, products and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with PR tools such as Launchmetrics and Cision.

   

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Account Executive works with the Account Manager in executing client objectives and delivering impactful PR campaigns. This role includes proactive management of samples and coordination of key activities such as gifting initiatives. The Account Executive also assists in media monitoring, ensuring timely coverage reports are shared with clients. Additionally the role includes general administrative and office support duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

MAIN TASKS OF THE JOB:

• Management of samples and product deliveries.
• Ensuring visual merchandising is according to the agency standards.
• Working with Account Manager and Showroom Assistants to ensure smooth day-to-day running in the press office.
• Assist in the planning and execution of PR campaigns for beauty and fragrance clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with beauty editors, influencers, content creators and media outlets.
• Draft press releases, media alerts, pitches and client reports.
• Coordinate product send-outs and gifting.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare press clippings and performance reports.
• Support client meetings.
• Assist with event planning and execution including product launches, press days and influencer activations.
• Maintain updated media and influencer lists using relevant PR software.
• Stay up to date with beauty industry trends.
