- Your principal accountability would be to provide support to the Intergrated Marketing Communications team and in ensuring the smooth running of day to day business.
- Key elements to your role:
- Ordering of product, stationary orders, post and couriers & managing online press cuttings
- Managing product mailouts on request
- Management of media lists, including bloggers, vloggers
- Handling press calls & liaising with journalists and social media contacts
- Monitoring newspapers, magazines and all social content for brand coverage and competitor activity, scanning all media relevant articles for distribution for teams
- Compiling monthly media coverage reports for wider audience– designing presentation reports on PowerPoint
- Social media content creation and copywriting
- Social analytics and alerting the team on key trends
Who we’re looking for
Alongside a maximum of one years’ experience in a similar role, you should be confident that you can demonstrate all of the following:
