Description
This is a hands on role, working directly with the founder and director. Candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in Beauty and Fashion PR. Responsibilities will include creating and developing strategies for Lo Studio’s clients, day-to-day management of the accounts and talent/style leaders dressing. Alongside this the Account Manager will also work on special projects and events if needed.
Requirements
- Established press contacts within the Beauty and Fashion Industries
- Excellent use of IT systems and programs such as Keynote and Microsoft Office as well as experience in Fashion GPS preferable (Launchmetrics)
- Experience of sample and image management
- Strategic thinker who can develop storylines for clients in innovative and creative ways
- Positive, can-do attitude, ambitious, yet down-to-earth enough to help with different level of tasks
- Smart, energetic, wanting to succeed for the company, strong work ethic, and a leader in general
- Act as an ambassador of the business, reflecting the vision and values
- New thinking – suggest new ways of working, new advocates and creative PR and social output via Instagram and TikTok
- Passion and interest in Beauty, Fashion as well as lifestyle,
- Knowledge and desire to stay in touch with popular culture
- Experience with fashion shows & presentations, brand events and has an interest in talent and new influential individuals

Key Day to Day Responsibilities (Beauty and Fashion)
Communication and talent dressing+ style leaders
- Product, feature, and talent/style leaders dressing pitching
- Development and execution of seasonal PR strategies
- Work with the team on management of sample movement via Fashion GPS
- Coordination of incoming interviews and asset requests from UK publications
- Coordination with international press offices
- Monitoring of talent and in-town names for dressing opportunities/events
- Monitoring of press and social media for brand coverage and reports
- Talent gifting lists
- Planning of biannual press days
- Compiling of weekly/monthly coverage reports and show reports
Fashion Shows/Presentations, Events
- Guest list / casting proposals / talent forecasting decks
- Guest list management with Launchmetrics software and Excel
- Pre and post event press media planning
- Draft event press releases
- On site overall event, staff management, talent and logistics management
Admin / AOB
- Weekly management of Launchmetrics database
- Cultural calendar management for UK events and dates of note
- Media relations - build relationships with fashion press and relevant media and influencers to ensure opportunities are maximized
