Lo Studio Ivana Giachino is looking for an Account Executive with approximately 1–1.5 years of experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support line manager in fulfilling key client requirements according to client planning and PR strategies.
• Create and execute proactive pitching at junior press level as well as regular product mailers directed and planned by the Director.
• Shows and events support both on the ground from coverage tracking to general duties in organisation from cars booking, guestlist management, on the ground duties as needed.
• Inputting, updating and organising the thorough collation of all databases.
• Targeted seeding and gifting list collation, outreach and distribution.
• Compile all regular and ad-hoc client media and social coverage reports, industry reports and ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Manage the inventory and day-to-day sample movement and incoming requests from editors and stylists and overseeing these actioned by junior coordinator.
• Support with organisation, planning and logistics for shows, events and projects where needed.
• Industry research, information collection, industry benchmarking work.
• Client asset management, filing and management of seasonal press kits.
• Press, talent and event databases; upkeep, research and amends.
• Liaise and respond to press & talent requests.
• Flexible working, with additional hours as required by the company.
• Work collaboratively with the management team according to the client strategy and needs keeping close attention to detail.
• Oversee the efficient operation of sample movement and management.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Passionate about communications, branding, and the VIP/ Talent/press landscape.
• Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A clear and confident communicator — both written and verbal.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Strong digital literacy - comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, social media platforms, and PR tools (experience with Launchmetrics is a plus).
• A team player with a positive attitude, eager to grow within a creative and fast-paced environment.
