We are currently looking for a PR Assistant with strong experience in skincare and beauty to raise the profile of Liz Earle Beauty Company, globally. This position will assist the Global Head of PR, Global PR Manager and PR Executive to plan and deliver Global Press Launches and work closely with our PR Agencies, Marketing functions and all other departments to ensure PR communication is aligned with brand objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Administrative duties include; Monthly PR Report, Event Plan and overview presentation, Team & Ambassador briefing documents and internal admin
• Supporting team with planning and executing key events including press launches and consumer facing partnerships
• Assist with building and maintaining press kits for launches / events. Working with Marketing and Creative to ensure product samples and launch assets are delivered in a timely manner
• Managing stock cupboard and daily mail outs to press
• Increase product placement in magazines and online
• Provide industry updates to include new launches, digital trends and media updates

Who are we looking for?

• Substantial experience preferably in beauty PR, minimum of 1 years in a similar role
• A key understanding of the Beauty PR Industry
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) skills
• Have a good understanding of all Social Media channels and Digital Influencers
• Experience in preparing and making presentations
• Be proactive, highly enthusiastic about our industry, creative and can work well independently and as part of a vibrant busy team
• Well organized with great time management skills
• Detail oriented
• Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and experience in press release writing preferable
• Experience in organising events and launches
