As we continue to evolve, we’re looking for a dynamic, driven and beauty-obsessed Senior Account Executive to join our team and support a portfolio of leading UK and global beauty brands.

The Role

You’ll play a key part in the day-to-day running of client accounts, supporting on campaign execution, media and influencer relations, event management and reporting. You’ll be a self-starter, have a strong little black book of key beauty media and influencers, a keen eye for spotting a story and a proactive approach to securing standout coverage.

You will report to an Account Manager/ Account Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Support in the planning and execution of integrated PR campaigns across earned, owned and influencer channels
• Build and nurture strong relationships with beauty editors, freelance journalists, influencers, KOLs and content creators
• Craft engaging press materials including press releases, media alerts, biogs, Q&As and briefing documents
• Secure regular, high-quality media coverage across print, digital and social platforms
• Assist in managing influencer seeding and paid partnerships
• Monitor media and influencer coverage, compile reports and analyse results for clients
• Support in organising and executing media and influencer events
• Proficiency in Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PR analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Onclusive, Coveragebook, Diary Directory) and Canva
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity and cultural moments relevant to our clients

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ experience in beauty PR, either in-house or agency side
• Proven track record of securing standout beauty press coverage
• Strong media and influencer contacts across national press, top tier beauty publications and digital platforms
• Be an excellent communicator with stellar written skills
• Passionate about beauty, wellness and culture, with a finger on the pulse of industry trends
• Organised, detail-oriented, conscientious and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
• A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude and eagerness to grow
