Le Grey is a dynamic PR agency working across fashion and lifestyle, known for its thoughtful storytelling, creative campaigns, and strong industry relationships. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PR / Account Manager to join our small but ambitious team.

The Role

As Account Manager, you will lead the day-to-day management of a selection of key client accounts, working closely with the Director and wider team. You will be responsible for delivering strategic and creative activity across the fashion and lifestyle sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management & Strategy

• Manage a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle clients, with support from the team
• Develop and execute tailored global PR strategies aligned with client objectives
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading communication, reporting, and relationship management
• Monitor performance and provide insightful reporting, analysis, and recommendations

Creative & Campaign Development

• Contribute creatively to client strategies, campaigns, and new business proposals
• Generate innovative ideas for press moments, brand activations, and events
• Identify culturally relevant opportunities to position clients within the media landscape

Media Relations & Communications

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key press across fashion, lifestyle, and relevant verticals
• Proactively pitch stories, features, and placements to secure high-quality coverage
• Oversee and continuously develop the agency’s press database
• Create compelling press materials, including press releases, media kits, presentations, and mailers

Influencer & Talent Relations

• Develop and manage relationships with global influencers, tastemakers, and industry figures
• Identify strategic partnerships and collaborations to elevate client visibility

Team Contribution

• Collaborate closely with the Director and team, offering guidance and support where needed
• Help foster a positive, proactive, and solutions-driven team environment

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in PR, with a strong focus on fashion (lifestyle experience is a plus)
• Proven experience managing multiple clients within an agency environment
• Strong existing network of press contacts (international markets is a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and engaging style
• Skilled copywriter with the ability to craft compelling narratives and pitches
• Creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand storytelling and cultural relevance
• Proactive, organised, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and experience managing events, budgets and campaigns
• Confident handling client expectations and navigating challenges
• Adaptable, flexible, and solutions-oriented, with a “can-do” attitude
• Enthusiastic about working within a small, growing agency and contributing to its evolution
• Proficient in key software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, media databases, and presentation tools)
