The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead a portfolio of clients across our divisions. This is a senior role for a confident communicator with strong industry relationships, an eye for storytelling and the desire to work in a small team.

As Account Director, you will provide senior counsel to clients, lead on creative strategies and deliver timely and consistent results. You will also play a key role in mentoring the more junior members of the team, strengthening media and industry connections, and contributing to the agency’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of clients across fashion, interiors, wellness, and lifestyle.
• Develop and implement creative communications strategies that deliver measurable impact.
• Build and nurture relationships with top-tier journalists, stylists, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Oversee press office function including the curation of press kits, consistent media pitching, procurement of client profiles and features, day-to-day client relations, senior counsel, etc.
• Lead creative campaign ideation, event strategy, partnerships, and brand activations.
• Manage and mentor the team.
• Drive new business development opportunities and support agency growth.

The Candidate:

• 7+ years of PR/communications experience, ideally with agency background.
• Strong track record across fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and/or interior design sectors.
• Established media and influencer network with proven results in generating top-tier coverage.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and results-driven approach.
• Confident leader with experience mentoring and managing a team.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, boutique agency environment.
