Koi Footwear is looking for a full-time PR & Marketing Assistant to join the team.

The cool vegan footwear brand is for the alt girls, the trend lovers, the more classic and minimal amongst us and those who like to kick it in some sneaks - and sometimes we’re all of those, it depends what mood we’re in.

We are currently looking for a hard-working and talented PR & Marketing Assistant to join our fast-growing team at Koi Footwear. This role would be perfect for someone who is extremely passionate about the industry with a strong interest in footwear and understands how to communicate to our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their promotional and marketing skills across multiple channels.

About the role:

• Booking influencers and content creators that work well for our brand across both paid and gifting contracts
• Maintaining relationships with influencers and identifying opportunities for niche brand ambassadors
• Work closely with the wider team to plan out successful product launches with engaging content and correct TOV
• Work closely with our graphic designer to create engaging visual content for platforms as needed
• Working on out-of-the-box ideas in ways to engage with our customer and drive traffic to the website
• Writing up copy and campaign slogans for product launches and weekly marketing channels

About you:

• Previous experience in a similar role or proven understanding of the fashion & footwear industry
• Understanding and interest in the influencer industry
• High attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Understanding of TOV, the brand and the values Koi holds
• A university degree in Media/Marketing or similar (Fashion Communications/Marketing/Promotion)
• Basic understand in Adobe Creative Cloud
• A clear communicator with a savvy mind for slogans & strap-lines
• Strong copywriting skills
• Demonstrate creative flair
• Have team spirit and willing to develop and brainstorm creative ideas with the team
