Team: Fashion PR
Reporting to: Managing Director
Direct reports: Account Manager and Account Executive

Role Overview

• Act as the fashion PR lead across the agency including with the PR team and clients
• Day to day responsibility for client campaigns and accounts, ensuring delivery of high quality service to the client profitability
• Help develop the client base
• Team management – motivate and develop team members
• New business generation and pitching

Key Responsibilities & Skills Required

• Oversee and deliver client programmes on time to agreed profit objectives and target
• Ensure the client coverage KPIS are met and exceeded where possible
• Able to write detailed proposals which can “sell” your ideas in a polished and professional way
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Build and maintain strong media & talent relationships
• Monitor and report monthly budget status with client, Director and Finance
• Able to develop credentials and proposals with support from senior management
• Able to lead and manage fashion shows, events and press days
• Able to demonstrate a sound understanding of the media developments and spot opportunities for K&H and your clients
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of integrated services the agency offers and be able to sell these services to clients and potential new clients
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of the issues facing your client, and exhibit up-to-date knowledge of them/competitors and offer appropriate solutions
• Diverse range of media & talent contacts and able to demonstrate and share knowledge with team
• Ensure production of quality work, on brief, on time and on budget
• Select and brief a range of suppliers including designers, printers, photographers, researchers, celebrities and VIPs
• Strong team manager who motivates and develops team members to their full potential
• Develops strong relationships across the agency
• Negotiate effectively
• Involvement in new business pitches
• Manage team appraisals
• Stay up to date with contemporary & relevant topics, keeping abreast of industry trends, developments and opportunities
• Carry out any other reasonable duties in line with the post which may be required
