Responsibilities for the Account Executive include but are not limited to the following
SHOWROOM & ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all sample movement and requests with logistics support of the Account Co Ordinator
- Launchmetrics sample management across all clients including regular stock takes and ownership of sample collections
- Manage all client asset collation via the server
- Showroom management including ordering showroom supplies and ensuring the upkeep of the showroom
- Act as a mentor to interns and assist in sourcing interns
- Attend weekly team meetings and brainstorms
- Ad hoc office management
CLIENT FACING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead on coverage monitoring and clipping to share with the client
- Compile client coverage reports
- Supporting on client events when required and attend client calls to take meeting notes
- Create target lists for pitching, gifting and events
- Feed into client strategies
- Manage all admin and updating of Google docs, including monitoring of monthly KPIs
- Support on events and activations
PRESS & INFLUENCER FACING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead on creation of regular agency-wide mailers and create dedicated client pitches to secure coverage across a range of media outlets
- Lead on all sample and image requests
- Research new editors and influencers to establish relationships
- Manage and update all contact databases, including monitoring industry movements
- Meet with relevant assistants & editors across a wide variety of platforms to build strong industry relationships and contacts
- Lead on execution of gifting activations as set by the Account Manager and Director
