PR & Influencer Relations Manager (Fixed Term Contract)
Kenneth Green Associates, the UK’s premier distributor of fragrance and beauty brands, is seeking a creative and efficient PR & Influencer Relations Manager (maternity cover) to join our dynamic PR team. This role involves managing a distinguished portfolio of brands across the designer fragrance and niche categories.
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a relevant role, with strong editorial and influencer contacts across the beauty industry. Given the fast-paced nature of influencer relations, experience in managing paid campaigns as well as organic activations is preferred alongside a deep knowledge of all things social to deliver buzz-worthy campaigns.
As a senior member of the in-house KGA PR Team, you will be responsible for managing a selection of KGA brands as assigned by the Head of PR & Influencer Relations. Your role will encompass creating and executing tactical activations across print, digital, and social media platforms to generate impactful awareness and drive sales in the UK and Irish markets. A collaborative spirit is essential to ensure cohesive implementation of the PR strategy across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media, VIPs, and influencers.
- Devise and implement PR & Influencer Strategy: Craft strategies for the portfolio, utilising the overall brand strategy while applying a localised approach to achieve robust results in the UK and Ireland markets.
- Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with the wide KGA teams to define and execute a 360 approach to launch moments.
- Agency Management: Manage agencies for paid influencer campaigns, set KPIs and leverage the organic impact of planned activities.
- Budget Management: Oversee the PR activity plan and budget for the brand portfolio in alignment with the marketing launch calendar.
- Promote Brand Image: Enhance the visibility of both KGA and its brand portfolio through high-quality editorial coverage, creative content, and activities such as events and trips.
- Lead Cross-Brand Initiatives: Contribute to and lead cross-brand KGA initiatives.
- Press Office Enquiries: Handle all media and influencer requests regarding brand information or product/image call-ins.
