This is an office based role and will require applicants to commute to Ascot Business Park (SL5 9FE) from Monday to Friday.

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing assistant with a passion for fashion & beauty to join our marketing department.

You will have many general administrative duties supporting and working alongside our marketing team. Assisting across all stages of product development and throughout the product lifecycle. Your contributions will help support, develop and expand our ever growing portfolio of brands. This position will help you acquire marketing and product development skills providing you with knowledge and experience in many areas of marketing / product development.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing & product development department runs smoothly.
• Support the marketing team in organising various projects.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery presentations.
• Identify trends and analyse competitor brands and new developments in the market.
• Create clear product copy, descriptions for web & packaging.

Requirements

• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
• The ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Strong desire to learn and develop within the department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be highly self motivated with the desire to learn and develop.

Salary: £20000-£22000
