INTHEKNOW Global - Influencer Marketing Executive

INTHEKNOW Global, Influencer Marketing and Talent Management agency, is looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing Influencer Marketing team. Reporting into the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be supporting on the day-to-day Influencer Marketing efforts for our leading beauty and lifestyle clients.

The ideal candidate must be an intelligent, organised, enthusiastic and a creative team player with a strong interest in the influencer marketing landscape globally.

This role is a hybrid role, with two days in the office in central London per week, with flexible working hours to suit your working style.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Executing UGC and paid influencer campaigns for our clients to include sourcing creators, brief writing and campaign management;
• Liaise with Influencers and Talent Managers to ensure deadlines are hit;
• Building relevant influencer lists for brand activations through research and use of our internal databases;
• Overseeing the management of internal Influencer databases;
• Building relationships with KOLs and Influencers;
• Staying on top of beauty, lifestyle and fashion industries and understanding of consumer / social media trends;
• Manage day-to-day influencer requests for TikTok Shop for our clients;
• Creating reports for clients on KPIs and data analysis;
• Support on the management of our Influencer Community, sourcing new creators and securing campaigns;
• Work closely with the team on new business opportunities;
• Support on event management for our clients, including planning, guest list coordination and general support.

Professional experience & skills:

• 1-2 years experience working in Influencer Marketing;
• Good knowledge of Influencer landscape;
• A strong understanding of how to analyse data and measure success;
• The ability to multi-task and work effectively and efficiently with multiple client deadlines;
• Possess excellent team skills;
• Excellent knowledge of social media landscape including Meta, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok;
• Efficient, organised with excellent time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
