Hunter Grace is looking for dynamic and creative Senior Account Executive and Junior Account Manager (with 3-5 years experience) to join the agency’s growing team and roster of luxury beauty and lifestyle clients. The role will encompass huge scope within the agency, working across high profile brands including Cult Beauty, Sol de Janeiro, Cloud Twelve, Dr Roebucks, Irene Forte Skincare, GP Nutrition and a number of new fitness concepts.
Candidates must bring journalist relationships, industry knowledge and a passion for beauty and wellbeing, as well as a network of influencer contacts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting into the Account Director and motivating junior members of the team
- Maintaining excellent relationships with Beauty and Lifestyle Press and Influencers
- Pro-actively pitching new story ideas to press
- Brainstorming creative PR ideas for seasonal campaigns
- Drafting press releases and copy checking text for clients
- Working closely with influencers to generate social media activity and giveaways
- Researching brand partnership opportunities for clients
- Assisting with the set-up and execution of press and influencer events
- Compiling end of month PR reports
- Overseeing sample delivery and send out requests
- Assisting and contributing when necessary with ideas for new business presentations
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working as a Senior Account Executive
- Agency experience desired but not essential
- Strong interest in the beauty and wellness industry and knowledgeable about trends and new brands
- Constantly up-to-date with emerging influencers and media landscape
- Passionate about the skincare, health and beauty industries
- Excellent contacts across beauty and lifestyle press
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to execute tasks efficiently while working to deadlines
- Organised with a can-do attitude
- Able to multi-task and outstanding attention to detail
