Hunter Grace is seeking a highly organised and proactive Account Manager to oversee press as well as both paid and organic influencer activity across a portfolio of leading beauty and wellness brands including Sol de Janeiro and INNBEAUTY Project.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent influencer and agency relationships, and the ability to confidently manage multiple fast-moving campaigns at once.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both the beauty press, influencer and social media landscape, confident in budget management, and experienced in both paid partnerships and organic seeding strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Paid Influencer Partnerships

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencer agents and managers
• Source relevant talent with strong engagement rates and reach, aligned to brand objectives
• Negotiate fees, secure contracts, and manage invoicing within agreed budgets
• Draft briefing documents and lead briefing calls with talent
• Secure approvals from key stakeholders across brand and agency teams
• Partner with media agency to provide ad / spark codes in a timely manner for boosting
• Monitor all campaign content going live and maintain accurate WIP trackers
• Ensure all influencer product deliveries are on time and feature current packaging
• Support retailer-specific paid influencer strategies
• Adapt and edit global creative briefs for the UK market
• Confidently navigate ASA rules and regulations
• Compile influencer proposals and decks for internal and client approval
• Manage client relations to ensure deadlines and approvals are met
• Update scope of work (SOW) documents to ensure alignment with agreements
• Provide comprehensive post-campaign wrap reports
• Monitor campaign performance and influencer impact using Tribe Dynamics and the Invyted App
• Secure raw footage for repurposing where applicable
• Confidently oversee 15–20+ paid partnerships per month

Organic Influencer Outreach

• Build and update influencer lists relevant to brand positioning
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with influencers
• Manage outreach and address collection for gifting and seeding
• Identify and engage new influencers for monthly send-outs
• Plan and execute strategic and launch mailers to drive earned media value (EMV)
• Manage influencer invites and attendance at brand events

Press Office

• Maintain and build relationships with key beauty and lifestyle press
• Pitch creative story ideas to media in line with client objectives
• Support client liaison, ensuring regular communication and updates
• Assist with the planning and execution of press and influencer events
• Contribute to creative brainstorming for seasonal and launch campaigns

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years’ experience managing influencer campaigns (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of both paid and organic influencer strategies
• Excellent relationships across influencer, agent, and media networks
• Skilled in negotiation, budget management, and reporting
• Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Knowledgeable about influencer marketing regulations and industry trends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing experience
• Passionate about beauty, wellness, and digital culture
