Hunter Grace is looking for dynamic and creative Account Manager (with minimum 5 years’ experience) to join the agency’s growing team and roster of luxury beauty and wellness clients.
Candidates must bring a strong relationship with journalists and industry, as well as extensive network of influencer contacts.
Hunter Grace clients include, Sol de Janeiro, INNBEAUTY Project, Artah and Allies of Skin.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reporting into the Account Director / senior team as well as motivating junior members of the team
- Maintaining excellent relationships with beauty and lifestyle press and influencers
- Pro-actively pitching new story ideas to press
- Brainstorming creative PR ideas for seasonal campaigns
- Drafting press releases and copy for clients
- Working closely with influencers to generate social media activity and partnerships, including overseeing paid-for activations and contracts
- Researching brand partnership opportunities for clients
- Assisting with the execution of press and influencer events
- Compiling end of month PR reports
- Assisting and contributing, when necessary, with ideas for new business presentations
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Agency experience desired but not essential
- Strong interest in the beauty and wellness industry and knowledgeable about trends and new brands
- Constantly up to date with emerging influencers and media landscape
- Passionate about the skincare, health and beauty industries
- Excellent contacts across beauty and lifestyle press
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to execute tasks efficiently while working to deadlines
- Organised with a can-do attitude
- Able to multi-task and outstanding attention to detail
