Hunter Grace are looking for an ambitious, connected, creative, hardworking and organised Account Executive with a minimum of 1-2 years beauty comms experience to join the team.
The chosen candidate will be responsible for working on a number of clients, including Sol de Janeiro, Farmacy, Thayers and Designer Parfums, providing client counsel and devising stand-out strategies.
A strong understanding of the beauty and wellness industry is essential alongside strong/ reliable contacts across the media and influencer landscape.
Beauty PR experience essential.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Updating databases and mailing lists
- Researching and identifying new influencers
- Arranging product send outs
- Managing the press intern
- Responding to journalist and influencer enquiries
- Regular press and influencer appointments to drive coverage and strengthen relationships
- Competitor analysis
- Using press & influencer platforms to track coverage, analyse and pull results
- Pro-actively pitch to press
- Write copy for collateral
- Organising and supporting with events
- Regular reporting
- Manage and execute paid influencer partnerships (including writing briefs, contract negotiation and budget management)
Requirements:
- One or two years of experience in beauty PR
- Excellent press and influencer relationships
- The ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Confident and competent at Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with compiling client data and reports
- Creative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills
- A passion for beauty
Location of role: Three days a week office based (London, W1) & 2 days home working
