House of Hyde have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our fast growing luxury lifestyle marketing agency, specialising in hospitality.

This role will require you to manage press relationships, carry out regular editorial pitches, as well as drive the social media and influencer marketing strategy. Candidates must have a strong strategic PR, Influencer and social media marketing background within luxury brands, with an impressive track record of success.

• Responsible for managing client’s PR strategy in order to develop compelling stories that drive brand awareness and purchase behaviour
• Create press releases
• Proactively outreach to key editors in long/short lead and online media outlets to secure coverage, features, and news items
• Bring innovative and new ideas to the table with regard to events, mailings and activations
• Manage client relationships, hosting regular client meetings
• Support product launches and promotions
• Regularly monitoring PR initiatives performance and results to continuously readjust and improve strategy effectiveness
• Manage inbound press inbox
• Work with clients to create and implement social media strategies
• Oversee day-to-day management of social media campaigns and ensure brand consistency
• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
• Social media community management
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Ensure client brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
• Manage existing relationships with celebrities & influencers
• Develop new relationships with relevant celebrities & influencers and brand ambassadors through gifting, events, and targeted initiatives
• Manage collaborations
• Manage product send outs
• Manage gifting and promotional budget and allowances

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in PR with an established network of press and influencer contacts
• University degree required
• A business-minded individual with strong understanding of luxury branding, digital marketing, and communications
• A confident and self-starter individual
• Very strong communication skills with excellent use of written English, including ability to write and edit press releases, designer Q&As, media alerts
• Well-organised and efficient person with good time management and prioritisation skills and the ability to summarise and communicate key information clearly
• A team player who likes to work in a very dynamic environment
• Eager to adopt responsibilities and take on new challenges
• Ability to have a very hands on approach
