The Role:

We are currently seeking a PR & Marketing Executive to join our PR & Marketing team at Hotel Café Royal.

As PR & Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of Hotel Café Royal’s marketing, communications and partnerships strategy, ensuring all activity reflects the brand’s positioning as a luxury lifestyle brand with deep cultural roots in the heart of London.

You will play a key role in the execution of integrated campaigns, content and PR activity across the hotel’s rooms, restaurants, wellness offering and partnerships.

Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute to bringing the brand to life across digital, print and on-property touchpoints - through considered storytelling, elevated visual standards and well-executed campaigns.

This role requires a confident and highly organised individual with strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will be personable, professional and collaborative, with the credibility to represent the brand externally and build relationships with media, tastemakers and partners.

A strong cultural awareness and genuine interest in luxury hospitality, media and London’s cultural landscape are essential, alongside previous experience in PR, communications or marketing within a luxury, hospitality or lifestyle environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the hotel’s marketing, communications and partnership strategy across all areas of the business.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of press events, tastemaker dinners and brand activations.
  • Manage media and influencer enquiries, including coordinating stays from outreach through to on-property experience and follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, KOLs and key cultural tastemakers.
  • Draft press materials including releases, pitches and briefing documents.
  • Monitor and report on media coverage, social impact and campaign performance.
  • Support the development and delivery of brand partnerships and collaborations.
  • Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across rooms, restaurants, wellness and partnerships.
  • Coordinate content creation across photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring delivery is on time and aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage and distribute marketing assets across key channels, including website, CRM and social media.
  • Support CRM campaigns and website updates, ensuring content is accurate, timely and aligned with brand positioning.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather content, manage briefs and ensure alignment across all activity.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints in line with Hotel Café Royal guidelines.
  • Coordinate timelines, approvals and asset delivery across projects to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support the administration of the Marketing and Communications function, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices and tracking budgets.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure all guest-facing communications reflect Hotel Café Royal’s tone of voice, brand standards and commitment to exceptional service.
  • Support a seamless guest journey across marketing, PR and on-property experiences.
  • Assist in the coordination of media, influencer and VIP guest experiences, ensuring a high level of detail and execution.
  • Respond to guest enquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of guest expectations within the luxury hospitality sector.
