We’re looking for a talented digital editor to develop a successful content & commerce operation, with strong
commercial and strategic instincts to supercharge one of our most exciting brand extensions HELLO! FASHION
DIGITAL.

You’ll be responsible for growing and developing HF Digital community (website, newsletter and social) whilst
working with SEO team to ensure HF Digital is top of Google’s rankings, increasing market share while
improving on-page performance.

You’ll do this by writing/commissioning the best fashion & beauty content for all platforms, via evergreen
content, reviews, features and news; and by deploying top-class SEO strategies to get the right content in
front of the right people at the right time.

Always looking for new ways to innovate, you’ll also have a strategic outlook, as well as an eye for detail, and
you’ll be driven by the desire to create best-in-class content that’s perfectly aligned to the needs of HF Digital
community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, comprising writers, commerce, data analysts and
commercial partnership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content strategy: keyword research and content planning
• Commissioning, writing, and managing fashion & beauty content across web, newsletter & social platforms
• Maintaining and improving ranking of key content
• Developing new strategies for key content pillars across fashion & beauty
• Analysing content data and reporting back on performance
• Working closely with other teams in the business, including the commercial & affiliates team, audience development, and relevant digital & print editorial teams
• Building a best-in-class team of dedicated fashion & beauty influencers to join the HF Community network (UK & USA)

Requirements What do I need to succeed?

• Exceptional contacts with fashion & beauty brands
• Experience of working for a busy, ambitious publishing company or similar
• Strong knowledge of content marketing / affiliate publishing
• Working understanding of SEO best practices and the ability to quickly learn
• Good research, analytical and comparison skills
• Ability to interpret data to inform content strategy
• Strong work ethic
• Superb organisation and prioritisation skills, and the capacity to spin multiple plates at once

affiliate revenue with the sales team, you will deliver exceptional content for brands and partners.
