We are looking for a proactive, results-driven, and highly motivated Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of a vibrant portfolio of beauty and wellness brands, leveraging your strong relationship network to drive standout press office results, cultivate media relationships, and deliver integrated campaigns that get people talking.

Key Responsibilities
Media Relations, Strategy & Events
- Utilise your existing network of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle editors, journalists, and freelancers to secure consistent, high-impact coverage across digital, print, and social channels.
- Proactively pitch trend-led stories, expert commentary, and brand news, keeping our clients at the forefront of the media landscape.
- Develop and execute SEO-forward PR strategies designed to secure high-quality backlinks and boost brand discoverability.
- Oversee the planning and execution of press launches, influencer events, and brand activations that generate buzz, strong media attendance, and measurable ROI.
Client Partnership & Account Leadership
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for your clients, building deep, trusted relationships and thoroughly understanding their brand goals.
- Seamlessly manage campaign timelines, budgets, forecasting, and client deliverables, ensuring every project is executed on time and to the highest standard.
- Proactively identify organic growth opportunities to expand client scopes and introduce new creative services.
Strategy, Analytics & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal creative, digital, and social teams to build cohesive, multi-channel strategies (PR, influencer, paid, and organic social).
- Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, translating PR results into comprehensive, actionable reports that demonstrate clear value to clients.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Support & Inspire: Direct and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative, positive environment and helping them develop their media pitching and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within a PR, communications, or integrated creative agency.
- Proven experience working directly with beauty, wellness, or personal care brands is essential.
- A proven track record of landing tier-one media coverage, driven by your strong personal relationships with journalists and editors.
- Demonstrated success in running day-to-day media relations, managing campaigns, and executing events.
