RESPONSIBILITIES

Media Results (PR & Influencer):

• Continuously develop your media and influencer contacts across relevant sectors and cement relationships
• Book and attend media appointments
• Successfully pitch in to journalists securing consistent levels of coverage
• Day-to-day management of earned and paid influencer relationships

Client Services:

• Contribute to your clients annual PR plans
• Liaise with your clients on a daily basis to develop a strong relationship
• Sample management: Management of sample send-outs, tracking and logistics for press and influencer mailers and report ROI back to clients

Team and Self Management:

• Contribute relevant, varied and valuable ideas in creative sessions and team meetings – offer your insight and ideas to the wider team/agency
• Interest in the beauty industry and the UK media landscape
• Outstanding administrational and organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency in Google drive, Word, Excel and PowerPoint – Experience of working with analytical tools e.g. Kantar, My Market Insights, Google Analytics, Diary Directory
