RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Personal Attributes:
- Ideally 1-2 years agency experience.
- Resourceful and solution-oriented, with the confidence to take initiative and address challenges effectively.
- Dedicated to continuous learning and professional development, expanding PR expertise, industry knowledge, and client understanding.
- A diligent and detailed approach to all tasks set.
- Creative thinker.
- A keen interest in current affairs and the ability to analyse news and trends, providing informed perspectives relevant to client needs.

- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Media Relations & Influencer Engagement:
- Continue to nurture existing press relationships and proactively build new connections with key journalists, influencers, and media outlets across relevant sectors.
- Secure consistent media coverage through proactive pitching and targeted media outreach.
- Manage day-to-day earned and paid influencer partnerships.
- Develop strong press materials, including press releases and targeted media lists.
- Oversee product seeding programs, tracking results and reporting ROI to clients.
- Regularly attend media appointments to build rapport and secure coverage opportunities.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development of annual PR plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Manage sample inventory, oversee send-outs, and track logistics for press and influencer mailers.
- Prepare insightful weekly and monthly reports for clients.
Team Collaboration & Personal Development:
- Contribute creative ideas and strategic insights during team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to professional development, continuously expanding your PR skillset and industry knowledge.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills in all tasks.
- Proactively identify and solve challenges, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
Skills & Requirements:
- A genuine passion for the beauty and wellbeing industry and a strong understanding of the UK media landscape.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, media, and influencers.
- Proficient in Google Drive, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and PR analytics tools (e.g., Cision, Tribe, Traackr, Exploding Topics, Google Analytics, Diary Directory).
- A positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A keen interest in current affairs and the ability to analyse news and trends relevant to clients.
