Grove Communication is an integrated PR, digital communications and brand development company specialising in lifestyle, fashion and luxury goods. We represent some fantastic fashion and lifestyle clients from Versace and Ferragamo watches to lovely interiors and jewellery brands. The right candidate will gain an in-depth knowledge of how a busy press office works and the internship could lead to a full-time job for the right candidate.

What does the role involve? Key responsibilities will include:

• Support the Account Executives and Associate Director with the day to day running of a busy press office
• Manage daily PR samples and image requests
• Assist with PR, Communication and Digital Media Strategies
• Keeping up-to-date with all aspects of fashion / popular culture as required
• Event planning
• Updating press reports
• Following up with journalists on press requests
• Act as first point of contact for PR enquiries (emailing images over to press as required)
• Monitor the media for potential feature/product placement opportunities
• Input into press release writing and trend reports as required

What skills or experience do I need?

An outgoing personality with good organisational, team player, phone skills and a desire to learn.

Applicants for the Account Executive or Junior Account Executive positions are required to have 1-2 years PR experience.

Location: 8 Ganton Street, London W1F 7QP (about a minute walk from Oxford Circus) 
Dress Code: Fashionable business attire
Office Working Hours: TBC 
Start Date: ASAP
