Responsibilities:

Press:

• Daily implementation of the Press Strategy for select Goad Communications Clients
• Establish, cultivate and maintain relationships with press / influencers / stylists…
• Pro-active pitching, follow up and placement of jewellery in publications, and more specifically jewellery pages, trend pages, fashion pages etc for select Goad Communications Clients
• Assist in the creation of PR initiatives, in line with the brand’s principles, with a focus on product placement
• Assist in the implementation and co-ordination of the celebrity & stylist product placement / endorsement projects
• Manage all photoshoots, send outs and returns from brands to magazines, stylists and ambassadors
• Regular attendance of photoshoots with jewellery

Events:

• Support with the planning and organisation of events for select clients
• Attend when necessary and support during events

Administration:

• Create monthly reports for clients
• Update and maintain “Chase Chart” for client pitching
• Deliver and create research documents for the PR team
• Assist in ad hoc office admin
• Be a ‘Brand Ambassador’, representing Goad Communications clients internally and externally
• Organisation and management of Goad Communications Instagram

Qualifications/Experience:

• Experience of luxury brands and jewellery beneficial
• PR experience within a fashion or retail press office or magazine
• Relevant press contacts, stylist contacts and industry contacts will be highly regarded
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
