Gloss Communications is an established PR and social media agency with clients across beauty, health, lifestyle, and interior design. We're recruiting for a new comms assistant based at our Chelsea office. The busy and varied role includes PR pitches, social media communications, writing draft press releases, client contact and, to a lesser extent, office admin and reporting. The role will suit a motivated self starter who is keen to progress their career in PR.
Applicants must have excellent writing and communication skills, confident phone manner and PR contacts, be organised and, importantly, be able to work independently and prioritise tasks. This is an integral role within our friendly company where creative freedom is encouraged and it offers the opportunity for the right candidate to grow, with rewards for great performance. You will be proficient with word, excel, photoshop, powerpoint, googledocs, CMS/wordpress and social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube and Facebook. Design skills would be a bonus.
