The Role:
Revenue partnerships: the main objective of the Business Development role is to reach out to key influencers and partners in order to build GTG's audience and develop our partnership offerings.
The aim of our partnerships is to deliver a better experience for our social and website visitors. That may be through more valuable content, or exclusive and valuable product or service offerings. You'll be working with our expert partners, managing our Get The Gloss Beauty and Wellness Awards and expanding our social media content partners.
In addition, you will also be responsible for managing the administration related to revenue development, as well as working with the team to ensure the affiliate network and the programmatic advertising processes, are up and running and productive.

The Candidate:
This role would suit a creative and entrepreneurial individual who wants to take more responsibility for growing a social media business. Experience of social media and web are essential. The ideal candidate will have worked with teams in a collaborative environment and will be comfortable presenting and sharing their ideas to others. They must be good at building relationships externally with other organisations and have the ability and mindset to get things done.
Salary: Attractive On Target Earnings to reflect experience and results
